PWR of KI brings martial arts principles into everyday life through breath, body awareness, movement, and mindset—helping people stay calm under pressure, move with intention, trust their instincts, and respond with confidence.

Ka’imi is a University of San Diego professor and seventh-degree black belt in Kempo who also trains in Kung-Fu, Aikido, and Arnis. She has taught self-defense, hand-to-hand combat, disarming, and restraining to SDPD, the U.S. Marine Corps, and the U.S. Secret Service—and empowers women through workshops and movement retreats around the world.
